Community Stake is committed to empowering individuals with the tools and resources they need to create lasting, positive change. Our platform is designed to serve as the central hub for local, citizen-led campaigns, supporting a diverse range of civic projects throughout Florida—from park improvements and land preservation to public buildings and transportation infrastructure.
To address the unique challenges of crowdfunding civic projects, we’ve developed a hybrid approach that blends the online tools of leading crowdfunding platforms with hands-on, local project management support. This model ensures that each idea, no matter how ambitious, can navigate the path from concept to reality with local expert guidance and crowdfunding support at every step.
We are community-centered at our core. Every Community Stake franchise is staffed by a project management professional who, like you, is invested in the future of the community. Our service regions align with county boundaries, allowing us to work closely with local government staff, understand approval processes, and stay up-to-date on the priorities of elected officials.
Our growth is designed to be organic, driven by the same grassroots spirit that fuels the projects we support. As demand and awareness of our mission grows, we hope more civic-minded, entrepreneurial project managers will choose to launch new franchises in their communities using our platform. Based in Florida, we aim to achieve Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) status from the Florida Division of Corporations within our first two years.
